Terms and Conditions – 10wan Platform Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 10wan, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 10wan. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on 10wan, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Slot Games, Live Casino, Bingo, and any promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types and will be communicated at the relevant point of participation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 10wan you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 10wan is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — under any name, device, payment method, or network — is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your real name, contact details, and payment information.
• You must keep your account credentials — username and password — confidential. 10wan is not responsible for any activity on your account that results from you sharing your login details.
• You must notify 10wan promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

10wan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 10wan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit
• Raast – instant bank transfer via the national payment system
• Bank Transfer – direct bank-to-bank transfer in PKR

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

10wan does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking any charges your mobile wallet or bank applies.

Funds deposited into your 10wan account may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform. Deposited funds cannot be transferred between player accounts. 10wan may decline or reverse a deposit if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the payment cannot be verified.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 10wan account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by 10wan support.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

10wan reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing a withdrawal. In such cases, we may request supporting documents. This is done to protect players and maintain platform integrity.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, you will be notified and given an explanation where possible. Declined withdrawals are returned to your account balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

10wan offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used or wagered before its expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements can be withdrawn as real funds.
• 10wan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion, particularly if abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Players may only claim a specific welcome or first deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim it multiple times via new accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

6 Gameplay and Fair Use

10wan is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all game types on the platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform without a human player actively behind it.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any system or strategy specifically designed to abuse bonus terms or exploit promotional structures.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

All games on 10wan — including Slot Games, Live Casino, and Bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. 10wan does not manipulate results in favour of the house beyond the standard published return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game.

If 10wan determines that a player has engaged in any form of unfair play, the platform reserves the right to void bets, suspend or close the account, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to Sports Betting on 10wan, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• 10wan reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded at the time the bet was placed, where the outcome was known.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market. Details are available in the Sports section.
• For Cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to rain-affected matches where relevant. Bets on affected markets may be voided or settled based on DLS adjusted targets depending on the market type.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets. These limits are set by 10wan and may vary by match, market, and odds. Bets above the stated maximum may be reduced to the maximum permitted stake without prior notice.
• 10wan reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance after the relevant event has concluded and results have been officially confirmed.

8 Bingo Rules

The following conditions apply to all Bingo games on the 10wan platform:

• Bingo tickets are purchased using your real money balance or applicable bonus funds as specified for each room.
• Once a Bingo game has started, tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled.
• Winnings are determined automatically by the platform's RNG system. The auto-daub feature marks numbers on your behalf and winning patterns are verified automatically.
• Prize pools for each Bingo room are displayed before you purchase tickets. Prizes are split equally between multiple winners where applicable.
• Progressive jackpots, where offered, are awarded under the specific conditions displayed in the relevant Bingo room. These conditions may include requirements such as achieving a full house within a specified number of calls.
• Any technical fault during a Bingo game that affects the outcome will be investigated. Where a fair result cannot be determined, the game may be voided and ticket costs refunded.

9 Responsible Gaming

10wan believes that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. We encourage all players to approach the platform with a clear budget, a defined time limit, and a healthy perspective on wins and losses.

• Set a clear budget for each session before you start. Only play with funds you can afford to lose without financial stress.
• Avoid chasing losses. If you have reached your session budget, step away and return another time.
• Take regular breaks. Extended uninterrupted gaming sessions can affect decision-making and enjoyment.
• Gaming is for entertainment purposes. It is not a reliable way to generate income or recover financial difficulties.

10 Privacy and Data

11 Account Suspension and Termination

10wan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player.
• Confirmed underage use or suspicion thereof.
• Use of bots, automation tools, or any form of unfair play.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at other players or 10wan staff.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at 10wan's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity, exploitation of bonuses, or multi-accounting.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 10wan support. Any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

10wan provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. While we work to maintain high uptime and platform reliability, brief periods of downtime may occur for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

• 10wan is not liable for losses caused by interruptions in third-party payment services including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfers.
• 10wan is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of winnings, or missed betting opportunities resulting from network connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Where a game malfunctions during an active session and the outcome cannot be fairly determined, the relevant round will be voided and any stake refunded. No further liability will be accepted.
• 10wan's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in that session.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Changes to These Terms
